You’re on track to launch your fully branded DNA Discovery Complete Test Kit experience in 4 weeks. Below is exactly what we need from QFI Global to keep that launch date locked, and how the onboarding milestones line up from first sale through the patient’s results.

How the Timeline Works

We’ll handle the full white-label build of your portals and keep you on track for a launch 4 weeks from the date of signature - giving us all enough room to refine clinic training and final details before the first patients receive their data.

Your focus: complete the 4 QFI Global action items (domain, payments, SKU, provider code).

Our focus: design, configure, and QA your white-label patient & provider portals so they’re ready for live traffic at the 4 week mark.

Week 4 Launch & Beyond

If the first DNA Discovery Complete Test Kit is sold on 4 week mark, the earliest a patient would receive their genetic data is week 8.

This creates a comfortable window to finalize clinic training, refine workflows, and implement any optimizations—without impacting the patient experience.

QFI Global Onboarding Checklist

These three items are the only dependencies on QFI Global's side to stay on track for a week 4 launch. We’ll partner with your team throughout each step.

1. Dedicated Domain

Identify and purchase a dedicated domain for the patient and provider portals (e.g., QFIDNA.com). Send the URL of the purchased domain to [email protected] so we can verify on our end.

Owner: QFI Global's IT / Web team
Outcome: Branded, trusted entry point and communication channel for all users.

Action: Purchase dedicated domain and confirm once that has been completed by emailing the URL to [email protected]

2. Product SKU List

Provide FPN with an excel / google sheet of all products SKUs, inclusive of: product name, SKU #, size, price, URL link. Our team will pull all necessary product details using the URL links for each product.

Owner: QFI Global e-commerce / product team
Outcome: QFI Global products listed on your white label marketplace and built into the protocols.

3. Brand Guide for Customization

Provide your current brand guide (logos, color codes, typography, and image guidelines) so the genetic portal experience matches your QFI Global brand standards across patient- and provider-facing views.

Owner: QFI Global marketing / brand team

Outcome: Portal UI, emails, and patient flows aligned with QFI Global branding.

Our team will deliver a fully branded, white-label patient and provider portal experience within 4 weeks. From there, we’ll help you turn it into a high-performing channel for your clinics and providers.

Can we still hit a 4 week launch if some details are not finalized?

Yes. As long as the three core QFI Global's action items (domain, brand guide, SKU setup) are completed on time, we can launch within 4 weeks. Because the earliest patient data will be delivered is week 8, we have room after launch to refine training materials, messaging, and minor workflow details without affecting patient timelines.

How long will it take QFI Global to complete the action items?

In our experience, the combined work typically takes 3–5 hours across IT, product, and engineering—often completed over several short working sessions. If you share internal constraints, we can help sequence the work to fit your team’s bandwidth.

Who is responsible for building and configuring the white-label portals?

Our team is fully responsible for designing, building, and configuring the white-label patient and provider portals. QFI Global is responsible only for the three setup items and for providing timely feedback during reviews.

What training and enablement will clinics receive?

We will provide step-by-step training materials for clinic staff, short how-to videos for ordering and reviewing results, and reference guides for providers. These assets can be co-branded and distributed through your existing QFI Global communication channels.
